Support and resources

Sekoia offers several channels to help you get answers, learn new skills, and stay informed. This article lists each resource and explains when to use it.

Choose the right resource

Use the following order when you need help:

  1. Check the documentation for product concepts, procedures, and configuration guidance.
  2. Contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) for guidance about your specific situation, use case, or adoption plan when your account includes a CSM.
  3. Contact Support for a technical issue, a bug, unexpected platform behavior, or an improvement request.

Small accounts may not include a CSM. In that case, use the documentation for product questions and contact Support for technical issues, bugs, and improvement requests.

Support portal

The Sekoia support portal handles technical challenges, bugs, unexpected platform behavior, and improvement requests. It is not the primary channel for questions already covered by the documentation.

Access the support portal at support.sekoia.io.

Use the support portal when:

  • You encounter a bug or unexpected platform behavior.
  • A technical issue prevents you from using the platform as expected.
  • You need to submit an improvement request.
  • You need to escalate a technical issue affecting your operations.
